Roman, chef and owner of our Berghotel, cooks with passion and love new dishes each day. He adds his own personal touch to traditional South Tyroleanrecipes like barley minestrone with tirtlen, knödel and goulash as well as apple strudel,…these are only a few of his delicious dishes.
For us, dining doesn’t just mean enjoying genuine, traditional dishes, but also appreciating the vegetables from our garden and the aromatic herbs from our mountains! Even our water comes for our mountains. As you can see, regionality is a core principle in our kitchen!
The purest water coming directly from the Puez Odle Mountains runs to the fountain in our dining room, where you can enjoy the freshness of it.
