Discounts and Extras

Rooms with breakfast (no half board): discount of 8€ per person and per day.

Short stays are available under special terms. 1-2 nights booking is available with 10% surcharge in case of free rooms occur.

Third person in extra bed: third person pays only 80% of the normal room price per person and per day

Children’s discount: For children sharing the room with their parents:
- Children from 8 to 12 years old get a 30% discount on the adult price

For guests aged 8 and above: Our small hotel is not particularly suitable for young children. We prioritize a peaceful atmosphere to provide our adult guests with a restful experience. Thank you for your understanding.

The prices are quoted for the half board per person per day for a stay of seven nights. These may vary according to season, capacity and dates. Should the prices in the price list differ from those on the booking confirmation, the latter will apply.

Arrival and Departue

The rooms will be at your disposal from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.

Please vacate the rooms by 10 am on the day of departure.

Should you delay your arrival, or depart before the scheduled date, the full price would still apply.

To avoid these costs, we recommend you to take out a travel insurance. As a special service we offer you our travel cancellation insurance.

 

    Travel Cancellation Insurance

    Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans.
    To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) with the European Travel Insurance.

    Cancellation Policy

    • The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
    • For cancellations made with more than 60 days before to the scheduled arrival, we will keep the deposit asa credit (voucher) for your next stay.
    • For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival, we demand a compensation of 50% of the total amount.
    • For cancellations made less than 30 than 15 days before the scheduled arrival, a no show, or a prior departure or delayed arrival, we demand a compensation of 100% of the total amount.
    • Should you delay your arrival, or depart before the scheduled date, the full price would still apply.
    • To avoid these costs, we recommend you to take out a travel insurance.

    Reservation is only valid after the required deposit payment is received.

    Dogs

    Dogs are also welcome. However, we only accept a certain number of animals at the same time. For this reason, we ask you to make an explicit request to bring your four-legged friend along.

    For the dogs’ comfort, we try to have a maximum of 3 dogs simultaneously in the house. Also, don’t forget to bring your dog’s favorite basket and/or blanket!

    Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room and in the wellness area. If inventory is damaged, the dog owner must bear the costs. 

    The price for dogs is € 15.00 per day (without food).

    Double room for single use

    Fort he single use of a double room we ask a surcharge of 35%
