Lungiarü is also known as the “Green Valley” for its uncontaminated Nature and its many springs and streams. The strength of these streams have been used for centuries to power the numerous mills of Lungiarü.
The pure water flows directly from the Puez Odle Nature Park to our dining room, in a beautiful natural stone basin.
